Mike and Tina We wanted to get back to you regarding the time you spent with us at our home with our shower leak problem. After further investigation, we noticed that when someone was using the shower, water that splashed along two corners of the glass enclosure was leaking through the bottom track of the enclosure and spilling out onto the bathroom floor. From there it was dripping through a hole in the tile grout and down to the basement. We sincerely appreciate your professionalism and honesty, especially in terms of not trying to sell us something we didn't need. It would have been very easy for you to sell us a replacement or refinishing job when all we probably need is some caulking. Worst case, we'll replace the enclosure. Thanks again for your time and effort in ensuring the problem was not with the fiberglass itself.
